I'm a Philosophy PhD interested in how AI shapes the way we think and live as a society, including their embedding in our cultural and political world, and how we can make them cooperate with us! For example, my current research focuses on different perspectives on AI risk - from existential concerns to societal impacts. I believe that by understanding these various viewpoints and what truly drives them, we can work toward better, more practical solutions.

Before starting my PhD at the University of Copenhagen, I studied cognitive science, computer science, and computational linguistics. These different fields are also where I still draw a lot of my inspiration from and which influence how I think about AI today. I also still very much enjoy to interact and collaborate with people in these fields and I believe that this interaction is important to make substantial and holistic progress on AI and its societal implications.
